We will accept item(s) provided they are returned as new, i.e. are unworn and in their original packaging, including tags, within 14 days.
EXCHANGES: Can only be accepted for the same item(s) in a
different size, subject to availability and will only be made once we have received the returned item(s).
GIFT RETURN: If you have received an item(s) as a gift, you can exchange it for the same item in a different size subject to availability or we can issue you with a credit note for the value of the item(s).
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return your item to us.
For Returns in the UK
1. Complete the returns form enclosed.
2. Ensure that your goods are securely repackaged
and sealed (including the returns form).
3. Peel off the returns sticker on your invoice and attach to the outside of your package.
4. Take your item to your local Post Office. (Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs – unless we have sent you an incorrect item). We recommend you request recorded delivery for your records.
As soon as we receive your package we will examine your returned item(s). Providing that the goods are unworn, in original condition and with all original tags attached we will process your return and either issue a refund or send out your replacement item(s). Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days of us receiving your package.
Once we have received your item(s) we will contact you via email to keep you up to date with any developments.
Returning items internationally by post
Please return items using your local postal services. They will have to be returned at your cost unless in accordance with your legal rights. Please obtain a Post Office receipt as proof of postage.
Refunds for items returned by post are credited to the original card used for payment. We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge, except in cases where the entire order was cancelled within 7 days under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty.
Please note: When you return goods, please ensure you fill out the returns slip and mark your parcel as “returned goods” otherwise it may get held up at customs. This could cause your refund to be delayed.
